LUTHERAN WOMEN IN MISSION (LWML)

Please join us for our fun and informative events centered on building up our relationship with our Lord and serving Him through serving others. In September we’ll kick off our season of events beginning on the second Saturday of each month from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Even though we are taking a break for the summer we still collect Mites on the first Sunday each month in the CLC. FAST TEAM EVENTS

The Fast Team was created to provide and coordinate social activities so that members of Christ Lutheran Church can find fun relaxing ways to get to know one another in a variety of settings. For more information or to RSVP for any of the Fast Team events, please call Patti Krause at 602-614-8546.

 STITCHERY

Please join us for a morning of “Stitchery”. Bring your needlepoint, crocheting, knitting or whatever you are working on for fellowship with your sisters in Christ. To connect with the individual hosting the stitchery meetings call the church office.

ALTAR GUILD

The Altar Guild is responsible for the Altar preparation of the Traditional and Contemporary worship services. We do not have any meeting time during the month, but there is Saturday work, preparing the Altar for Sunday services, getting communion set up and on Sunday, clearing the Altar and putting all the books and Altar materials away for the day. We are also involved with the special flowers during Christmas and Easter. This ministry is in need of additional hands to help each week. It is very easy work and requires very little time away from home. If you wish to help or sign up for flowers, call the church office.

 CHRISTIAN GREETING CARDS!

Do you need a get-well, birthday, anniversary card to send someone? LWML provides Opportunity to purchase Christian cards at $.75 each at the morning SOS sessions, LWML meetings and on the 4th Sunday of the month on the patio.
