What is my favorite scripture? Usually it is whatever I am reading @ the time, but one that has always stuck with me is Galatians 5:1. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”
What is my life motto? I have two that I try go by: #1. I want to know Christ better today than I did yesterday and to share him with those I love and meet. #2. Maximum Efficiency / Minimum effort. Meaning get it done well with time and energy to spare.

Other things you should know about me: I grew up in Boise Idaho (Go BSU – could have and would have won at least two National Championships by now if the BCS was not so messed up) as well as my wife Eileen who teaches at Valley Lutheran High School www.vlhs.org. My kids both attend Christ Lutheran School and we love the Church and School that God has called our family to be a part of. I also love going to the movies, playing video games, and I am considering changing my middle name to Starbucks.
