What gives me joy
in life?
My family, my faith, and my dog. I love the Lord and I love serving Him at Christ Church Lutheran. I was raised in Michigan but I always wanted to be a cowboy and live “out West”. I achieved one of those goals when I moved to Arizona in 1983. I have been blessed with an incredible wife, Jennifer, whose faith continues to amaze, motivate, and teach me new things about love and grace. Jen and I have a great son, Hayden, who is my absolute pride and joy. Minka is the newest addition to our family…she is a wild and crazy pooch who keeps me in stitches.
Favorite Bible passage...For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9.

What I like to do…Running, hiking. backpacking, and rock climbing. The greatest thing about all these activities is that my favorite partner in these adventures is my son Hayden.
